De-coating
Tool De-Coating Services
The de-coating process is needed to remove old, inferior coatings before our PVD coatings are applied to your tools or components. Removing the old coating allows for better adherence of the new PVD coating. Either chemical de-coating or electrolytic de-coating can be used.
We can de-coat the following coating systems from your tools:
